Privacy

The short version

This site has no accounts, no analytics, no advertising and no tracking. It sets no cookies. Nothing you do here is sent to us unless you choose to send it — a message from the contact form, an enquiry, or an email address for a back-in-stock alert.

What is stored on your device

Two small settings are saved in your browser's local storage. They stay on your device, are readable only by this site, and are never transmitted anywhere. Clearing your browser data removes them.

• Your light or dark preference, so the page does not change appearance every time you open it.
• The products you added to your cart, so it survives a reload.

If you send us a message

The contact form asks for your name, your email address, an optional phone number and your message. We use them to answer you and for nothing else: sending a message does not add you to any mailing list, and there is no tick box here that quietly does. The message is passed to the inbox or helpdesk we answer from and is not stored on this website — there is no database on it. Ask us at any time to delete what you sent.

If you ask to be told when a product is back

A sold-out product offers a box for your email address. We use it to send you one message when that product is back in stock, and for nothing else. A second, separate tick box asks whether we may also email you about new products; it is never ticked for you, and leaving it alone changes nothing about the alert you asked for. Every email we send carries an unsubscribe link, and you can ask us to delete your address at any time. We do not sell or share it.

Other companies

The page fonts are served with the site itself rather than fetched from another company, so loading a page contacts no one but this site. A message sent from the contact form goes to the inbox or helpdesk we answer from, and that provider handles it under their terms as well as ours. If you choose instead to send an enquiry from your cart, it opens your own email app or WhatsApp — at that point their terms apply to the message you send, not ours.

Hosting

The site is hosted on Vercel, which records ordinary server request logs, including IP addresses, in order to serve pages and resist abuse.

Your rights

Under the GDPR you may ask what personal data is held about you, ask for it to be corrected or deleted, and complain to your data protection authority. The only data this site collects is what you send us yourself: a message from the contact form, an enquiry, or an email address for a stock alert.
