Suiker means sugar. The fact that suiker is stated to be in the form of fine powder indicates the way in which the crystal ketamine broke down when it was made. This tells nothing of the substance of the ketamine itself or how much ketamine was contained within the sample.

Does a finer powder mean it is purer?
No. The texture of ketamine is a result of the processing of the ketamine after it was made. Very fine powder can contain a lot of cut. Coarse ketamine can be relatively clean. These two forms cannot be easily distinguished from one another by simply looking at the ketamine.
What is in the other 21%?
Whatever the average leaves room for. DIMS has found levamisole and caffeine in samples of ketamine. Both of these substances are rarely found in ketamine samples. The remainder of the substances in ketamine remain to be accounted for by any figure that you can get hold of. Have your sample tested for a real answer.
What are the urinary problems?
Another effect of ketamine that DIMS has found to happen with regular use is damage to the bladder and urinary tract. This effect is that which distinguishes between the occasional use of ketamine as opposed to the regular use of the drug.
